だ場合のケースの断面図である。 １０…水晶（圧電素子）、１１…一方の電荷発
生面、１２…一方の押圧面、１３…第１の導電性
薄膜、１４…他方の電荷発生面、１５…他方の押
圧面、１６…第２の導電性薄膜、１７，１８…導
電体、１９…リード線。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 対向する押圧面と交差する面に電荷を発生する
    圧電素子において、該圧電素子の一方の電荷発生
    面と一方の押圧面とに、互に連接する第１の導電
    性薄膜を付着させ、かつ、前記圧電素子の他方の
    電荷発生面と他方の押圧面とに、互に連接し前記
    第１の導電性薄膜と絶縁した第２の導電性薄膜と
    を付着させると共に、前記圧電素子の導電性薄膜
    が付着した２つの押圧面のそれぞれに、リード線
    を接続した導電体を当接させたことを特徴とする
    圧電素子用電極。
