- 圧電性基板上に入出力電極パターンを設けたチ
ツプと、そのチツプを接着剤を介してパツケージ
に接着し、チツプ上の電極とパツケージとの導通
をとつた後、金属キヤツプ等のフタをして成る弾
性表面波装置において、チツプとの電極とパツケ
ージとの導通を金属ワイヤをボンデイングせずに
、金属端子を有する板を圧着してとるように構成
したことを特徴とする弾性表面波装置。
