- 半導体ペレツト載置部上の半導体ペレツトの電
極をボンデイング線により構成される外部導出リ
ードの先端に接続した半導体装置に於いて、前記
外部導出リードの先端部は互いに直角に分岐され
ていることを特徴とする半導体装置。
