性導電物質を介在させることにより、特定電極と
これに電気的接触させるべき端子のみを導通させ
た圧電装置において、 前記異方性導電物質に、電気的接触に必要な部
分のみ導電性を持たせ、それ以外は絶縁性を持た
せることを特徴とした圧電装置。
