第１図はこの考案の一実施例によるターボ分子
ポンプ装置を示す断面図、第２図、第３図はそれ
ぞれこの考案の他の実施例によるターボ分子ポン
プ装置を示す断面図、第４図は従来のターボ分子
ポンプ装置を示す断面図である。図において、１
はロータ翼、２はステータ翼、３はケーシング、
４は電動機ロータ、５は電動機ステータ、７は排
気孔、９はベース、１０はフレーム、１１ａ，１
１ｂは気体、１２は球面型スパイラルみぞ軸受、
１３は潤滑油、１４はタツチダウン軸受、１５は
回転軸、１６はフランジ、１９ａ，１９ｂは反撥
型半径方向磁気軸受、２１ａ，２１ｂは冷却フイ
ンである。なお、図中同一符号は同一又は相当部
分を示す。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ステータ翼を有するケーシング、上記ステ
    ータ翼と対向配置され、回転時に流体を吸引する
    ロータ翼を有する回転体、上記回転体をその下部
    で支承する球面型スパイラルみぞ軸受で形成した
    下部軸受、および上記回転体をその上部で支える
    タツチダウン軸受を有する上部軸受を備えるター
    ボ分子ポンプ装置において、上記球面型スパイラ
    ルみぞ軸受を支えるベースに冷却器を設けたこと
    を特徴とするターボ分子ポンプ装置。 (2) 冷却器は冷却フインである実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載のターボ分子ポンプ装置。 (3) 上部軸受は、回転体の半径方向の振れを防
    止する磁気軸受を有する実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項または第２項記載のターボ分子ポンプ装置
    。 (4) 磁気軸受は反撥型磁気軸受である実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第３項記載のターボ分子ポンプ装
    置。
