Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は電鋳により出来るバラ文字の製造及び
商品への付着方法に関する。より詳しくは、電鋳
による金属のバラ文字の製作において、文字の外
周端の過剰電着を防止するために設けた捨て電着
物を文字に接着剤を塗るためのマスクとして用い
た後に捨て去ることを特徴とする電鋳によるバラ
文字の製造方法に関する。文字の外周端の過剰電
着は、捨て電着がないと、非常に広がるが、近く
に捨て電着があると、そちらへも電着するので、
文字の外周端の電着が、小さくなり、過剰となら
ない。従来より商品へのブランド等を表したバラ
文字等を整列させてつけるのは所定の文字に並べ
ることと、文字のみに接着剤をつけることにおい
て非常に困難とされていた。
