Abstract

PURPOSE:To prepare the titled separate character capable of being adhered to a commodity in accurate mutual positional relation of the character, by a method wherein a disposable electrotyping substance is provided to the outer peripheral edge of the character in order to prevent excessive electro-deposition and used as a mask for coating an adhesive to be discarded. CONSTITUTION:Resist 2 is applied onto a metal plate 1 such as a stainless steel plate by a photographic technique and electrotyping is subsequently applied to form disposable electro-deposition substances 4 by a central electro-deposition substance 3 coming to an objective separate character 3 in order to make the thickness of said character 3 uniform. In the next step, the electro-deposition substance 3 and the disposable electro-deposition substance 4 are separated from the resist 2 and the metal plate 1 by a vinyl tape 6 having a weak adhesive 5 applied thereto. するために設けた捨て電着物を文字に接着剤を塗るだめ
のマスクとして用いた後に捨て去ることを特徴とする電
鋳によるバラ文字の製造方法に関する。従来よシ商品へ
のブランド等を表したバラ文字等を整列させてつけるの
は所定の文字に並べることと、文字のみに接着剤をつけ
ることにおいて非常に困難とされていた。
