Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 基板処理室を形成するケーシングの上部開口周
    縁部の上蓋受面に上蓋を着座させて上部開口を開
    閉可能に構成し、上部開口周縁部の上蓋受面に当
    該開口の周縁に沿つて一周するように洗浄液貯溜
    溝を凹設し、上蓋の下面に洗浄液貯溜溝に対応さ
    せて一周するように当該溝に嵌入する締切凸部を
    凸設し、上蓋を閉止した状態では洗浄液貯溜溝と
    締切凸部とによつて洗浄液流路を形成し、この洗
    浄液流路に洗浄液流通手段を連通連結して成り、
    基板の処理に際し、洗浄液流路に基板処理液の洗
    浄液を流通させるように構成した基板処理装置の
    密閉蓋装置において、 洗浄液流通手段が減圧器を具備して成り、洗浄
    液流路内を減圧器で負圧にすることにより洗浄液
    を流通させるように構成したことを特徴とする基
    板処理装置の密閉蓋装置。
