容量素子、Ｅ１〜Ｅ３：バイアス電圧源、Ｉ１〜
Ｉ４：電流源回路。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 第１と第２のトランジスタからなる差動対
    トランジスタ、該第１のトランジスタのベース・
    コレクタ間に接続されたＭＯＳ形の容量素子、該
    第１のトランジスタのコレクタに接続された負荷
    回路、該第２のトランジスタのベースに接続され
    た所定の電位を有するバイアス電圧源を含み、該
    第１のトランジスタのベースと電源電圧の低電位
    側間を容量素子とすることを特徴とする容量リア
    クタンス回路。 (2) 前記第１のトランジスタのコレクタに第３
    のトランジスタのベース・コレクタが接続され、
    該第３のトランジスタのエミツタが第４のトラン
    ジスタのエミツタと共通接続されて電流源回路が
    接続されてなる前記負荷回路を具えた実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の容量リアクタンス回路
    。
