Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 第１と第２のトランジスタからなる差動回路と
、該差動回路の能動負荷として接続される第１の
カレントミラー回路と、上記差動回路の出力側の
トランジスタのコレクタにベースが接続される出
力用の第３のトランジスタとからなる差動増幅回
路において、 上記第３のトランジスタと電源との間に上記第
３のトランジスタと同一特性の第４のトランジス
タを接続し、該第４のトランジスタのベース電流
を第２のカレントミラー回路を介して上記出力側
のトランジスタのコレクタに供給したことを特徴
とする差動増幅回路。
