Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基板上に支持された圧電素子と、ヒンジを介し
    て支点を前記基板上に連結され、両端に力点と作
    用点を有し、前記力点は接続部材を介して前記圧
    電素子の自由端部に接合されたレバー部材と、細
    長い弾性体の中央部をあらかじめ撓ませてその両
    端を前記レバー部材の作用点に結合された撓み部
    材とからなる圧電素子変位増幅装置であつて、前
    記撓み部材はリング状の線材からなり、中央部に
    作用部材を挾持したとき平面形がひしがたを形成
    することを特徴とする圧電素子変位増幅装置。
