- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 少なくとも一対の腕部が屈曲してＶ字状になつ
た部分を含み、その少なくとも一方の腕部は可撓
性を有し、その腕部相互の連結部が角変位可能で
ある、そのような支持体と、 支持体をその屈曲状態で収納する案内空間を有
する案内部材と、 前記Ｖ字状となつた部分の前記少なくとも一方
の腕部に取付られ、彎曲するバイモルフ構造の圧
電素子とを含むことを特徴とする、駆動用圧電装
置。
