Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 回転軸の軸方向中間部に伸縮振動型の第１
の超音波モータを圧着嵌合すると共に、上記回転
軸の片端部にたわみ振動型の第２の超音波モータ
を圧着配設して構成したことを特徴とする超音波
モータ装置。 (2) 上記第１の超音波モータと上記回転軸との
接触面を笠状としたことを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項記載の超音波モータ装置。
