するとともに、金属ベースに金属キヤツプを固着
してなる装置において、 金属ベースの上面に複数の突起部を設けて、各
突起部の上端面のみを弾性表面波素子と接着剤に
て固着したことを特徴とする弾性表面波素子装置
。
