- ロータ軸と、上記ロータ軸の周面に当接可能で
、かつ、ロータ軸の送り方向に伸縮する送り用圧
電素子と、上記送り用圧電素子をロータ軸の周面
に垂直に押圧又は解放する押圧用圧電素子とを具
備したことを特徴とする圧電モータ。
