Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 配向されたリグノセルローズ繊維材料より
成る連続複合マツトを製造する装置において、移
動する水平マツト支持面を有する連続マツト形成
装置と、リグノセルローズ繊維材料より成る多数
の細長い小片を、連続マツト形成のため移動する
水平マツト支持面上に別個の物体として個々に降
下させるための供給手段と、移動する水平マツト
支持面上の連続マツトと直接接触し、マツト支持
面の移動方向において連続マツトに一様な電圧勾
配を加えて、マツト内に電流を発生させ、配向帯
域の前記マツトの直上に、マツト支持面と実質的
に平行にかつマツト支持面の移動方向に向けられ
た方向性電界を発生し、細長い小片が配向帯域を
通つて降下するとき該小片の長い方の寸法を電界
の方向に配向する働きをする電流発生手段とを備
え、該電流発生手段が、連続マツトの少なくとも
１面と電気的接触下にありマツト支持面の移動方
向に離間された複数の電極と、電極間の前記マツ
トに電流を生じさせるように隣接する電極間に電
圧を印加するための電圧印加手段とを備える連続
複合マツト形成装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の装
置において、電極の少なくとも１つが、連続マツ
トの上面と電気的に接触下にある導電性ローラで
ある連続複合マツト形成装置。
