제3도는 그 공정에 의해 생산된 종래의 카펫의 단면도.

Claims (9)

  1. 탄소함유필름의 전기전도율을 높이는 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은 탄소함유 필름을 공급하는 단계, 접지된 금속 로울러 위에서 필름을 압축하는 단계, 단지 필름의 표면에 분화구 모양의 작은 구멍을 형성하기 위해 전극과 필름사이에서 일련의 아아크를 발생시키도록 표면의 길이 방향으로 일정한 간격을 두고 배치되어있는 전극으로부터 다수의 지점에서 필름에 전압을 인가하는 단계 및 필름에 작은 분화구 모양의 구멍의 다수의 열을 형성하기 위하여 전극을 지나치면서 필름을 이동시키는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소함유필름의 전기 전도율을 높이기 위한 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전압이 DC전원으로 부터 전극에 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, DC 전압이 전극으로 전달되기에 앞서 저항을 통해 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법,
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 전압이 4-10kv의 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 전압이 1 메가 오옴의 차수에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 향상된 정전 방지 특성을 지니는 카펫에 있어서, 상기 카펫은 상기 카펫으로부터 위쪽으로 돌출된 상부 표면과 탄소함유필름 물질에 안정성을 제공하기 위해 상부표면에 부착되는 하부의 탄소함유 필름 물질을 포함하고, 상기 필름 물질의 하부에는 카펫의 전기 전도율을 높이기 위하여 카펫의 표면에 분화구 모양의 구멍의 일련의 열이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 향상된 정전방특징을 지니는 카펫.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 필름 물질이 고온 용융물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 유리 섬유가 고온 용융필름 물질에 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 카펫.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 카펫이 직사각형 또는 정사각형의 모양인 것을 특징으로 하는 카펫.
