  1. 放熱板上にアルミナ基板を半田付けし、この基
    板上に外部リードを半田付けした集積回路装置に
    おいて、上記外部リードを断面角形に形成すると
    共に、外部リードに上記基板の周面に当接する位
    置決め用ストツパを設けたことを特徴とする集積
    回路装置。
