第１図は本考案に係る麦汁濾過槽の撹拌装置用
減速機構の一例を示す要部概略断面図、第２図は
従来例を示す要部概略断面図である。 １：麦汁濾過槽、２：回転軸、３：モーター、
４：駆動力伝達機構、５：油圧シリンダー、６：
カツプリング、７：駆動軸、８：ギヤ、８Ａ：キ
ー、９：ピニオン、９Ａ：摺動溝、１０：ギヤボ
ツクス、１１：ブツシユ、１２：空間。

Claims (1)
- 槽内に供給した麦汁を槽本体内の回転軸に撹拌
羽根を取り付けたクロスビームを固定してなる撹
拌装置を用いて撹拌後、槽底面上に配置した濾過
網で濾過して清涼麦汁を槽外に取り出すと共に、
前記回転軸の昇降に応じて所定距離昇降する掻取
板により麦粕を掻取る構成を有する麦汁濾過槽に
おいて、前記撹拌装置の回転軸には駆動力を伝達
するための駆動軸が連結され、該駆動軸には前記
撹拌装置の回転数を変えるため変速用ギアが着脱
可能に固定され、該ギアには前記掻取板の昇降最
大距離よりも幾分長い摺動溝が形成された駆動用
ピニオンが噛み合わされており、前記ギア及びピ
ニオンを収納するギアボツクス内には、前記駆動
軸が上下方向に貫通して設けられると共に該駆動
軸に接する該ボツクスの上下の部位には各々ブツ
シユが嵌め込まれ、該上下のブツシユ間には、前
記ピニオンの摺動溝の長さに対応する長さの空間
が設けられていることを特徴とする麦汁濾過槽の
撹拌装置用減速機構。
