- キヤビテイのゲートと反対サイドのエアベント
のほかに、注入樹脂によつてゲートサイドのコー
ナーに閉じ込められるエアを逃がすために、ゲー
トサイドにもリードフレームのサイドレールに沿
つてエアベントを設けたことを特徴とする樹脂モ
ールド用金型。
