Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、周辺多数駆動のドーム振動板を有
するスピーカーの改良に関する。
従来の周辺駆動のドーム状振動板を有するスピ
ーカーは、第１図のようにドーム状振動板１の外
周縁を、複数の圧電素子２などの振動子の中心に
点接触的に接着３していたので、外周縁の円周部
の接着部３が特定せず、製作時不便であるととも
に、接着が均一でないため振動で外れやすく、ま
た、接着剤が固まつた固形物が振動板１の振動モ
ードを乱したり、偏り振動や歪みを発生する欠点
があつた。
この考案は、複数個の圧電型振動子でドーム状
振動板の外周縁を分散駆動するドーム型スピーカ
ーに於て、第２図のような、金属などの高ヤング
率、軽量の材料で、振動子２に接着する台座６の
上に、ドーム状振動板１の外周縁を挿入できるト
イ（樋）状の受け部４をとりつけ形成した接続具
５によつて、振動板１と振動子２とを連結接続固
定したスピーカーである。しかるときは、第３図
のように、ドーム状振動板１の外周縁を接続具５
の受け部４に挿入し、接着剤で強固に均一に固着
でき、台座２によつて振動子２の中心部に強固に
接着できるので、接着外れなどの不良は無くな
り、大入力に耐え得るようになるとともに、振動
子２の振動は伝達損失無く振動板１に伝達され、
かつ振動板１の振動モードに悪影響を与えないか
ら、この考案のスピーカーは歪みの無い音質で再
生可能である。

接続具５の外観図、第３図はこの考案のスピーカ
ーの要部を示す外観説明図である。 １は振動板、２は振動子、４は受け部、５は接
続具、６は台座である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 圧電型の振動子２を複数個、円弧状に配列し
    て、該振動子２の中心部にドーム状振動板１の外
    周部を接着した圧電型のドーム型スピーカーに於
    て、上部にドーム状振動板１の外周縁を挿入すべ
    きトイ状の受け部４と、下部に振動子２の中心部
    に接着する台座６を有する接続具５により、ドー
    ム状振動板１と振動子２とを連結接続したドーム
    型スピーカー。
