Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ミスト発生箱上に多層のケーキ飾りを設けケー
    キ入刀時にドライアイスの白煙を噴出させるよう
    にしたデコレーシヨンケーキ塔において、ケーキ
    の入刀部に設けられ入刀を感知するセンサと、前
    記ミスト発生箱内の天井部位に設けられヒータを
    有する温水タンクと、該温水タンクの水位を検出
    するフロートスイツチと、前記温水タンクが所定
    の水温を保つように作動するサーモスタツトと、
    前記温水タンクの下部位に設けられ底に排水口を
    有しドライアイスを収納する網かごを底に設けた
    引き出し可能なパレツトと、前記温水タンクの温
    水を該パレツト上にシヤワーで供給する導管と、
    該導管の途中に設けられ前記センサの信号で所定
    時間開く電磁開閉弁と、前記パレツトの下部位に
    設けられパレツトの排水を溜める水タンクと、前
    記フロートスイツチで作動し前記水タンクの水を
    前記温水タンクに還流する揚水ポンプとを含んで
    なり、入刀と同時にセンサの信号で電磁開閉弁を
    開いて温水タンクの温水をシヤワーとしてドライ
    アイス上に流しミストを発生させ温水タンクの所
    定水位でフロートスイツチの作動で揚水ポンプを
    駆動して水タンクの水を自動で温水タンクに還流
    させサーモスタツトにより温水タンクの水温を調
    節して常時作動可能状態で保つことを特徴とする
    ドライアイスミスト発生装置。
