Claims (1)
- 上面開放で底面に超音波槽、液浴槽、蒸気槽を
具え、上面開口近傍に冷却コイルを具えて、前記
開口下方にフロンのベーパラインを形成させる洗
浄槽を有するものにおいて、前記洗浄槽側壁にガ
ス吹出口を設け、このガス吹出口から微細な水滴
を浮遊させた霧状の気体を緩やかに吹き出させる
ことを特徴とするフロン使用の洗浄装置。
