第１図は本発明の全体を示す構成図である。構
成要素としては、光源１、拡散板２、偏向フイル
ター３、被測定ガラス４、測定範囲を決めるウイ
ンドウ５、赤外線カツトフイルター６、偏向フイ
ルター７、カメラレンズ８、テレビカメラ９、カ
メラテーブル１０、画像処理装置１１、モニター
テレビ１２、不良表示ＬＥＤ１３、警報表示ＬＥ
Ｄ１４、良品表示ＬＥＤ１５、白点計数表示ＬＥ
Ｄ１６、二値化レベル設定用ボリユーム１７、画
像切換えスイツチ１８、警報限度設定デジスイツ
チ１９、不良限度設定デジスイツチ２０、電源ス
イツチ２１、測定開始スイツチ２２から成つてい
る。第２図は本発明のブロツク回路図であり、テ
レビカメラ９、増幅器３１、二値化回路３２、白
点計数回路３３、不良限度比較器３４、警報限度
比較器３５、同期信号発生回路３６、一画面分の
画像取込み信号作成回路３７、不良出力フリツプ
フロツプ３８、警報出力フリツプフロツプ３９、
良品出力フリツプフロツプ４０、７セグメントＬ
ＥＤドライバー４１を示す。なお、第１図と第２
図中の構成要素と番号は共通して使用している。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ガラスの成型加工後に生じる、ガラス内部歪み
    の大きさを検査する方法において、光源、偏向フ
    イルター、被測定ガラス、測定範囲設定用ウイン
    ドウ、偏向フイルター、テレビカメラの順に設置
    した光学系で、光源を点灯した後、一方の偏向フ
    イルターの回転を固定した状態で、もう一方の偏
    向フイルターを回しテレビカメラで撮像した画像
    が最も暗くなる角度に設定する。このようにして
    得られたテレビ画像を二値化画像とした後、一画
    面分の映像として取込み、黒中の白の面積を求め
    あらかじめ設定されている許容値範囲に入つてい
    るか否かの判定をするとともに、判定結果を出力
    することにより、ガラス内部の歪みを自動測定す
    ることのできる装置。
