Description

【図面の簡単な説明】
添付図面の第１図は、本考案の移動台車駆動装
置を設けた静電塗装装置の一実施例を略示する側
面図である。添付図面の第２図は、それぞれ３cm
、６cmおよび１２cmのピストンストロークを有す
る３個の単一ストローク型空気圧シリンダを直列
に連結した複合シリンダ装置を用いた本考案の移
動台車駆動装置による移動台車の駆動を図解的に
説明する図面である。 図において、１は回転カツプ型静電噴霧塗装機
、２は取付けブラケツト、３は支持枠体、４は水
平基台、５は軌条、６は移動台車、７は複合シリ
ンダ装置、Ａ，Ｂ、およびＣは空気圧シリンダ、
８は支柱、９は支持ブラケツト、をそれぞれ示す
。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 塗料噴霧塗装機を取付けた塗装機取付けブ
    ラケツトを垂直方向に往復運動可能に支持する支
    持枠体を、水平基台上で所定方向に進退可能な移
    動台車上に設置、固定して成る塗装装置において
    、上記移動台車を上記所定方向に往復移動させる
    ための駆動装置であつて、ピストンストロークを
    それぞれ異にする複数個の単一ストローク型空気
    圧シリンダをそれらのピストンロツドの軸線を一
    直線状に整列させて互に直列関係に連結して複合
    シリンダ装置を形成させ、そのピストンロツドの
    軸線整列直線を水平に保ちかつ上記所定方向と平
    行ならしめて配置して、この複合シリンダ装置の
    一端部を上記水平基台に、また他端部を上記移動
    台車にそれぞれ結合、固定し、上記複合シリンダ
    装置を形成する個々の空気圧シリンダに対する圧
    力空気の供給をそれぞれ制御する方向制御弁を設
    けて成り、圧力空気の供給によつてピストンロツ
    ドが伸出した空気圧シリンダの組合わせに応じて
    それぞれ予定された位置に上記移動台車を移動、
    停止させることを特徴とする、塗装装置の移動台
    車駆動装置。 (2) 複合シリンダ装置は、第１、第２および第
    ３の３個の単一ストローク形空気圧シリンダによ
    つて形成され、第２の空気圧シリンダは第１の空
    気圧シリンダの２倍のピストンストロークを有し
    、第３の空気圧シリンダは第２の空気圧シリンダ
    の２倍のピストンストロークを有している、実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の塗装装置の移
    動台車駆動装置。
