Claims (1)
- 一方が閉端構造であるサーメツト中空管とその
サーメツト中空管の閉端部分の先端を残してそれ
の外部に１層又はそれ以上のアルミナグラフアイ
ト中空管を被せてなる外部保護管と熱電対の金属
線を絶縁管内に挿通させ、それを一方が閉端構造
であるアルミナ質の内部保護管に挿通させた熱電
対ユニツトを前記外部保護管のサーメツト中空管
の内部に着脱自在に挿入してなる熱電対温度計。
