Claims (1)
- 金属管１の内部に熱電対２を、その先端の検温
部６が金属管の一端より突出するように配置し、
かつ前記先端の検温部６は比較的軟質の熱良導体
５中に埋設して先端部を形成すると共に、該検温
部６を断熱部材４を介して金属管１の端部に固定
したことを特徴とする温度測定用センサー。
