Claims (1)
- 取付ねじに同軸的に挿着された熱電対と、同熱
電対を先端部を接触して囲蔽するとゝもに本体部
基端が上記取付ねじに結合された保護管とからな
る保護管付熱電対において、上記保護管が、取付
ねじに結合された本体部は熱伝導率の小さいセラ
ミツクス材、先端部は熱伝導率の大きいセラミツ
クス材によつて形成されていることを特徴とする
保護管付熱電対。
