Claims (1)
- 複数のシース型熱電対もしくはシース型抵抗温
度計を１つの外套シース管内に収納してなる温度
分布検知センサにおいて、前記複数のシース型熱
電対もしくはシース型抵抗温度計の測温部を含む
シース先端部が、それぞれ、前記外套シース管の
長手方向の異なる位置に配置されるとともに、前
記外套シース管内から外部へ露出するように設け
られていることを特徴とする温度分布検知センサ
。
