を説明するためのもので、第２図ａ〜ｃは各構成
要素を示す斜視図、第２図ｄはその感温機構部材
を示す縦展開断面図、第３〜６図は従来の温度分
布検知センサを示すもので、第３図はその一部を
破断して示す斜視図、第４図はその縦断面図、第
５図は第４図の−矢視拡大断面図、第６図は
その感温機構部材を一部破断して示す斜視図であ
る。 図において、１……外套シース管、２……感温
部、３ａ，３ｂ……金属線、４……シース型熱電
対、４ａ……シース型ダミー部材、５……多孔絶
縁耐火物（絶縁材）、６……円盤状フイン、７…
…保護外管（金属製鞘）、８……耐熱セメント、
９……フランジ部、Ｓ１……感温機構部材。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 前方端側に感温部を有するシース型熱電対また
    はシース型抵抗温度計の複数本を、それぞれの前
    記感温部が長さ方向の異なる部位に配置されるよ
    うに平行配列し、前記の熱電対または抵抗温度計
    と実質的に同一の熱伝導性を有するシース型ダミ
    ー部材を前記の各感温部の先端に接続してこれら
    の最先端を揃え、これら熱電対または抵抗温度計
    を絶縁材で相互に非接触に保ちつつ１つの外套シ
    ース管内に収納するとともに、前記の各感温部の
    位置に、金属製フインを前記外套シース管内に内
    接固定させてなる感温機構部材がそなえられ、 該感温機構部材が、さらに金属製鞘内に収納さ
    れるとともに、 前記金属製鞘の外周面にセラミツク材の溶射が
    施されていることを特徴とする温度分布検知セン
    サ。
