ｃは各構成要素を示す斜視図、第２図ｄ，ｅは減
径加工を説明するための横断面図、第３図はその
作用を説明するための縦断面図、第４図ａ，ｂは
その効果を説明するためのグラフであり、第５図
は従来の温度分布検知センサを示す縦断面図、第
６〜８図は従来の他の温度分布検知センサを示す
もので、第６図はその一部を破断して示す斜視図
、第７図はその溶損状況を示す縦断面図、第８図
ａ，ｂはその課題を説明するためのグラフである
。 図において、１……外套シース管、２……感温
部、３ａ，３ｂ……金属線、４……シース型熱電
対、４ａ……シース型ダミー部材、４Ａ……接続
部、５……多孔絶縁耐火物（絶縁材）、６……金
属製スペーサ、７……耐火物（レンガ）。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 前方端側に感温部を有するシース型熱電対また
    はシース型抵抗温度計の複数本を、それぞれの前
    記感温部が長さ方向の異なる部位に配置されるよ
    うに平行配列するとともに、前記の熱電対または
    抵抗温度計と実質的に同一の熱伝導性を有するシ
    ース型ダミー部材を前記の各感温部の先端に接続
    してこれらの最先端を揃え、これら熱電対または
    抵抗温度計を絶縁材で相互に非接触に保ちつつ１
    つの外套シース管内に収納してなる温度分布検知
    センサにおいて、前記の熱電対または抵抗温度計
    とダミー部材との通路を許容しながら前記外套シ
    ース管の内部を前方側と後方側とに仕切る金属製
    スペーサが、前記の各感温部よりも前方側位置に
    配設され、前記外套シース管内における前記絶縁
    材の充填密度を７０％以上にするとともに、前記
    外套シース管にセラミツク材の溶射が施されてい
    ることを特徴とする温度分布検知センサ。
