Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 保護管中に、内外面にそれぞれ電極を固着した
    酸素イオン伝導性を有する固体電解質を収納し、
    かつ内部に基準ガス導入管を設けた酸素濃度検出
    器において、 固体電解質の外面電極に校正ガスを噴出接触さ
    せる校正ガス導管を前記保護管中に挿入設置し、 該校正ガス導管の端部に固体電解質を固着する
    ことなく並設し、 測定ガス流出口と基準ガス流出口との間にガス
    緩衝口を設け、さらに、 保護管との隙間にセラミツク繊維を密に充填し
    て固体電解質を伸縮自在に保持したことを特徴と
    する酸素濃度検出器。
