Abstract

PURPOSE:To make an exchange of only a solid electrolyte possible and to reduce the maintenance cost, by making the connection between a lead part provided on the solid electrolyte and a wire lead connected to the outside into a contact construction. CONSTITUTION:Zirconia 5 as a test tube-shaped solid electrolyte is formed by porous platinum electrode films 7 and 8 placed on the outer and inner wall face of closed end, a ring-shaped part 9a formed on the outer wall face by platinum paste, a lead 9 consisting of a connection part which is connected the part 9a to the film 7 electrically, a contact face 10a formed on the opening end face of the zirconia 5 and the platinum paste applied on the inner wall face. Said zirconia 5 has a lead 10 consisting of a connection part 10b for connecting the face 10a to the film 8 electrically. The lead 9 comes into contact with a coil contact 13 in a recessed part of a contact ring 12 stuck closely by a insulation bonding agent 14 and is led to the outside by a wire lead 15. The lead 10 is in electrical contact with a stainless mesh filter 17 fixed by a flange 18.
