- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一対の電極間に介在する酸化チタンの電気抵抗
値変化によつて酸素濃度を検出するようにした酸
素センサにおいて、 基板の一側表面に配設された前記一対の電極を
包覆すべく積層させた酸化チタン層内に、前記基
板に設けられた係止部に係止された棒状部材を埋
設したことを特徴とする酸素センサ。
