- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 感圧導電性ゴムを分離した状態で埋設したシ
ート状電気絶縁体の少なくとも一方の側に、分離
した電極部材を夫々の感圧導電性ゴムに接着固定
した積層体とし、かかる積層体をカバー体にてシ
ールしてなることを特徴とする面圧分布検知セン
サ。 ２ 感圧導電性ゴムを分離した状態で埋設したシ
ート状電気絶縁体に積層した一対の電極部材の材
質を変えることにより面圧感度の異なるセンサに
してなることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項記載の面圧分布検知センサ。
