- 透明ガラス板と、該透明ガラス板のいずれかの
１面に形成された透明導電膜と、該透明導電膜の
上下または両側の周縁部に取り付けられた一対の
帯状電極と、前記透明導電膜を覆う絶縁保護膜ま
たは中間膜と、前記透明ガラスの最表面に設けら
れた撥水処理膜とからなることを特徴とする疎水
性透明導電ガラス。
