Claims (1)
- 透明電極と背面電極とで発光層を挟持し、背面
電極側に少なくとも背面電極と電気的に絶縁した
金属箔からなる第３電極を有する３電極構造の電
界発光灯において、第３電極の端部に透明電極側
リードに沿つて透明電極側リードと電界発光素子
との重合部を回避して延在部を形成したことを特
徴とする３電極構造の電界発光灯。
