Claims (1)
- 素体の両端部にそれぞれニツケルを主成分とす
る内側電極を形成し、これら内側電極の一部を覆
う状態で素体の少なくとも両主表面をガラスのコ
ーテイング層で被覆し、このコーテイング層を有
する素体の両端部にそれぞれ銀を主成分とする表
面電極を前記内側電極に対して積層状に形成し、
表面電極どうしの対向縁を内側電極どうしの対向
縁より端部側へ後退させたことを特徴とするチツ
プ型サーミスタ。
