持するカム制御軸を所定位置に回動駆動する駆動
手段と、機関の吸入空気量を検出する吸入空気量
検出手段と、吸入空気量検出手段で検出した吸入
空気量が所定の運転時に最大値となるようにカム
制御軸を所定位置に回動するよう前記駆動手段を
駆動、制御する制御手段と、を備えたことを特徴
