Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 セラミツク基板上に一対の電極層を積層すると
共に、該各電極層間の上記セラミツク基板上に、
ＣＯガス濃度に応じて抵抗値の変化する酸化物半
導体を主成分とした検出素子部を積層してなるＣ
Ｏガス検出装置において、 上記検出素子部を、上記セラミツク基板上でく
し形状に形成し、 該検出素子部を加熱するヒータ層を、該くし形
状に形成された検出素子部の凹凸に沿つて上記セ
ラミツク基板上に積層してなることを特徴とする
ＣＯガス検出装置。
