の製造法に係るものである。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides decorative plywood with a wood grain pattern, by making the penetration of the top coat paint into the decorative paper almost uniform and by minimizing the penetration to the extent possible. Gloss of other parts
The ink used to print the summer part, winter part, conduit groove part, etc. of the wood grain pattern to be printed next when performing solid printing on the entire surface of the base paper, with the aim of making the finished surface uniform and deep. Use an ink with a higher resin content to print the wood base color, then print the summer part, winter part, conduit grooves, etc. of the wood grain pattern with an ink with approximately the same resin content, and if necessary, apply a top coat. The present invention relates to a method for producing decorative plywood having a wood grain pattern, which is pasted onto plywood using an adhesive, and if a top coat is not applied beforehand, a top coat is applied after pasting.

ものである。 Conventionally, decorative plywood with this type of wood grain pattern is produced by printing a solid pattern on the base paper using wood base color ink that has a high pigment content and low resin content, and then printing the wood grain pattern with ink that has a higher resin content than the wood base color ink. Therefore, when a transparent top coat is applied to the entire surface of the plywood after pasting, there will be a difference in the penetration of the transparent top coat into the decorative paper between the solid printed area and the woodgrain pattern printed area. In other words, because the solid printed area uses ink that contains more pigment than resin, the solid printed surface is extremely porous, and a large amount of the transparent top coat is absorbed into the decorative paper. I end up. However, the wood grain pattern printed on the solid printing surface uses ink that contains more resin than pigment, and the solid printing ink and wood grain pattern printing ink are coated over each other. , the suction of the transparent top coat into the decorative paper is greatly reduced. As a result, not only did the gloss of the topcoat surface become uneven, but also a considerable amount of the topcoat was absorbed from the solid printed area, resulting in a lackluster finish. Also, special public service 51-41364
The manufacturing method as seen in the publication, that is, the method of creating a wood grain pattern using a printing ink in which the resin content is sequentially reduced from the lower printing layer to the winter portion, summer portion, and conduit groove portion, is at first glance similar to the present invention and the resin in the printing ink. Although it seems to be the same in terms of changing the minutes, the claimed invention
As is clear from the claims, the winter portions, summer portions, conduit grooves, etc. of the wood grain pattern are printed with ink having approximately the same resin content, and
The purpose of the manufacturing method of No. 41364 is to produce a change in gloss, which is completely different from the purpose of the present invention.

Next, wood base color printing is performed using an ink with a higher resin content than the ink used for printing the summer part, winter part, conduit groove parts, etc. of the wood grain pattern to be printed, and then ink with approximately the same resin content is used. Natsume part with wood grain pattern,
Since it is used to print winter areas, conduit grooves, etc.
When a top coat is applied, penetration of the top coat into the decorative paper is almost suppressed by the solid printing layer printed with ink with a high resin content.

い。 As mentioned above, according to the method of the present invention, the permeation of the top coat into the decorative paper is almost suppressed, so the gloss (gloss) of the wood grain pattern area and other areas is not only uniform, but also deep. A finished surface can be obtained. Furthermore, since the penetration of the top coat into the decorative paper is almost suppressed, it is possible to reduce the amount of top coat applied, which is also highly economical.

Wood base color printing is performed using an ink containing 20 parts of nitrocellulose alkyd resin, 60 parts of nitrocellulose alkyd resin, and 40 parts of solvent, and then a wood grain pattern is printed using an ink containing 50 parts of pigment, 20 parts of nitrocellulose alkyd resin, and 50 parts of solvent. The decorative paper thus obtained was attached to plywood using a laminator with a mixed adhesive of 80 parts of vinyl acetate resin adhesive and 20 parts of urea resin adhesive, and amino alkyd resin was applied as a transparent top coat. 45g/m 2 of paint using a roll coater
After painting, a decorative plywood with a wood grain pattern was obtained which had a uniform and deep luster.

Wood base color printing is performed using an ink containing 30 parts of nitrocellulose alkyd resin, 20 parts of nitrocellulose alkyd resin, and 60 parts of solvent, and then a wood grain pattern is printed using an ink containing 20 parts of pigment, 40 parts of nitrocellulose alkyd resin, and 60 parts of solvent. The decorative paper thus obtained was coated with 80 parts of vinyl acetate resin and urea resin adhesive.
It was attached to the plywood using a laminator with a mixed adhesive of 20 parts, and then an amino alkyd resin paint was applied as a transparent topcoat at 45g/ m2 using a roll coater, but the gloss of the painted surface was uneven and the wood grain lacked depth. I got patterned plywood.
