3) In the PVC decorative board, the part corresponding to the pattern such as the conduit part is formed as a concave part by embossing, but the design of the conduit part is not printed, and the concave part and the design such as the wood grain pattern are out of sync with each other. , 4)
Printer plywood coated with urethane paint, amino alkyd paint, etc. can be used to cross-synchronize patterns such as wood grain patterns and patterns of conduits etc. by printing methods, but a surface resin layer is applied to improve the texture. If it is made thicker, there are problems such as making it impossible to synchronize.

It is provided in the same or similar pattern and color tone, and in the case of a stone grain pattern, it is provided in a pattern and color tone that is the same or similar to the ground color of the stone. Known inks can be used for printing; for example, colorants such as dyes or pigments, and extender pigments are added to the vehicle, and if necessary, plasticizers, stabilizers, wax, grease, desiccants, etc.
It is possible to use an ink composition prepared by adding optional additives such as an auxiliary drying agent, a curing agent, a thickener, a dispersant, and a filler, and thoroughly kneading the mixture with a solvent, a diluent, and the like. The above vehicle is known, such as various oils and fats such as linseed oil, soybean oil, and synthetic drying oil; natural and processed resins such as rosin, copal dammar, hardened rosin, rosin ester, and polymerized rosin; rosin-modified phenols; Resin, 100% phenolic resin, maleic acid resin, alkyd resin, petroleum resin, vinyl resin, acrylic resin,
Synthetic resins such as polyamide resin, epoxy resin, amino alkyd resin; nitrocellulose,
Cellulose derivatives such as ethyl cellulose; chlorinated rubber,
Examples include cyclized rubber derivatives, and vehicles consisting of solid binders such as glue, casein, dextrin, and zein, and solvents. The printed pattern layer 2 is formed by printing using the above ink by a printing method such as gravure printing, flexographic printing, or silk printing.

できる。 The coloring agent layer 7 is formed by filling the recesses 6 with a coloring agent, and paint or ink is used as the coloring agent, for example, natural resins such as shellac, dammar, rosin, rosin ester, etc., or modified resins thereof. ; Nitrocellulose, acetylcellulose,
Cellulose derivatives such as ethyl cellulose and benzyl cellulose; phenolic resins, urea resins, phthalic acid resins, maleic acid resins, melamine resins, polyvinyl acetate resins, polyvinyl chloride resins, acrylic resins, polyvinyl alcohol , polyvinyl butyral, epoxy resins, silicone resins, polyester resins, polyamide resins, polyurethane resins, and other synthetic resins; other rubber derivatives such as chlorinated rubber, cyclized rubber, and synthetic rubber are used as constituent materials of the vehicle, Paints or inks prepared by adding a colorant, an extender pigment such as precipitated barium sulfate, a plasticizer, etc. to a vehicle can be used. Furthermore, among the above resins, phenolic resins,
Urea resin, melamine resin, epoxy resin,
When a thermosetting resin such as a polyester resin or a polyurethane resin is used, the abrasion resistance and solvent resistance of the part where the colorant layer 7 is formed improves, and the UV curing agent is added to the above paint or ink. In that case, by wiping or coating the thermoplastic sheet, the quality of the decorative sheet 8 can be stabilized and production efficiency can be improved.

The paint or ink that has been removed is removed, and the recesses 6 are filled with the paint or ink so that only the paint or ink remains. Here, the viscosity of the paint or ink composition, roll rotation speed, doctor angle, thickness, sheet speed, wiping paper speed, rubber roll hardness, etc. are adjusted so that the colorant remains only in the recesses 6. It is necessary. The color tone of the coloring agent layer 7 is preferably the same as or similar to the conduit portion in the case of a wood grain pattern, and the same or similar as the split in the case of a stone grain pattern, for example.

As explained above, the decorative board of the present invention has a pattern such as a conduit part formed in a concave part formed by embossing, so that it accurately matches the pattern such as a wood grain pattern formed on the printed pattern layer. In addition, after forming a transparent resin layer on the surface of the decorative sheet and polishing it, a transparent resin layer is further formed, giving it a solid feel. As a result, the decorative board of the present invention has a superior coating feel and a luxurious feel compared to conventional decorative sheets.
