As shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-99, a pattern is printed on the surface of the material using an oil-soluble dye, and then a colored paint is applied to the entire surface of the material, and the dye is lifted up to the middle part of the colored paint. There are ways to do this.

The present invention aims to solve the conventional problems of decorative laminates using such dyes. That is, the present invention provides a pattern pattern 3 on the base coating film 2 of the substrate 1 as described in detail below.
Immediately after forming the streak pattern 4, by applying the streak pattern 4, the dye or pigment in the printing ink of the pattern pattern 3 is eluted into the paint of the streak pattern 3 to form a bleeding pattern.

The present invention is advantageous in that it has such a configuration.
The objective is to obtain a decorative board with a uniform and varied bleed pattern. The configuration of the present invention will be explained below based on the drawings.

As the base treatment, filler coating, sealer coating, sanding, etc. are selected as appropriate to smooth the surface and improve adhesion with paint. (2) Next, an undercoat is applied to the surface of the substrate 1 using a coating machine such as a flow coater or a roll coater, and then dried and hardened to form the undercoat film layer 2.

(4) Before the printing ink forming the pattern 3 dries and hardens, a transparent or translucent colored paint containing a substance capable of dissolving the dye or pigment is applied to the base coating layer 2 and the pattern 3.
It is applied in a pattern on the top and dried to form a pattern 4.

Various solvents such as methanol, acetone, xylene, and toluene are used as substances for dissolving dyes, and are added to synthetic resin paints such as acrylic resins and urethane resins, which are transparent or translucent colored paints. As a means for applying this transparent or semi-transparent paint in a streak-like pattern, for example, a baffle plate 5 shaped like a ^-shaped baffle plate 5 that receives the paint flowing down at the bottom of the flow coater is used.
(Fig. 3) is used so that the baffle plate 5 vibrates. The point at which the streak-like paint is applied is when the pattern 3 is printed; the ink is in a wet state, so the solvent in the paint that forms the streak pattern 4 dissolves the dye in the printing ink of the pattern 3, and the streak pattern 3 is printed. It is eluted into pattern 4 and forms bleeding pattern x.

(FIGS. 2 and 3) Furthermore, the streak pattern 4'' formed on the undercoat film layer 2 exhibits the original transparent or translucent color tone of the colored dye, and does not form a bleeding pattern. (5) Finally, a top coat is applied and dried to form a clay coat layer 5'', thereby obtaining the desired uneven patterned decorative board.

Since the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, its functions and effects can be summarized as follows. 4 Among the pattern patterns 4 and 4'' formed by transparent or translucent colored paint, the dye in the printing ink oozes out from the pattern pattern 4 on the printing ink of pattern pattern 3, forming a smudge pattern x. and a variety of three-dimensional objects3.
A confusing makeup pattern can be created.

5. Since the streak pattern 4 made of transparent or semi-transparent colored paint is originally applied in the form of streaks, the circles are clear and do not blur, making it possible to obtain a highly decorative decorative pattern.

When the printing ink for O-pattern pattern 3 is dry to the touch, a transparent solvent-based acrylic resin paint that can dissolve the dye in the printing ink is melted into the lower part of the streak-like paint applicator, that is, the flow coater. This device is equipped with an eight-shaped baffle plate that receives the paint, and applies the paint while vibrating the baffle plate.
