In other words, in order to express the texture of natural stone and artificial stone, the surface is polished to obtain a mirror surface. In addition, color clear paint is used for the top coat to create depth,
When the top coat of color clear paint is mirror-finished, even if the coating amount (thickness of top coat of color clear paint) is constant, the amount of polishing during polishing will vary, and the thickness of top coat of color clear paint will be It has a drawback that it changes and causes a difference in color in the surface appearance.

A base coat 2 is formed on the surface of the substrate 1 so as to form a coating film of the same color as the natural stone expressed by using a paint having a concealing property. As a coating method for coating the base coat 2, there are a roll coater, a flow coater, spray coating and the like, either alone or in combination. Examples of the material of the paint of the base coat 2 include urethane enamel paint. Next, a paint having a concealing property is applied onto the base coat 2 so as to form a pattern, thereby forming a pattern coat 3. Urethane-based enamel paint is used as the paint for forming the pattern coat 3. After applying the pattern coat 3 on the base coat 2 in this way, a color clear paint is applied on the pattern coat 3 to form the first top coat 4 in order to bring out the depth of natural stone. A second clear top coat 5 is formed by applying a colorless clear paint to the above. In other words, the pattern coat 3 alone cannot express the deep transparency of natural stone, and the effect of expressing a feeling of depth by applying the first top coat 4 of color clear paint or the second top coat 5 of colorless clear paint to the pattern coat 3 Have. The clear paint for applying the first top coat 4 and the second top coat 5 is, for example, a urethane clear paint. By the way, when the first top coat 4 or the second top coat 5 is applied, foreign matter adheres to the surface or air bubbles are mixed in during the coating, and a good appearance cannot be obtained only by coating. As a result, there is a problem that minute irregularities are formed on the surface of the second top coat 5 and a smooth surface obtained by polishing natural stone cannot be obtained. In order to solve this problem, the surface of the second top coat 5 is polished to finish the surface of the second top coat 5 to be smooth, so that the feeling of depth can be improved. It is more effective to increase the thickness of the first top coat 4 and the second top coat 5 to effectively increase the depth, and the clear paint may be applied a plurality of times. Further, since the second top coat 5 of the colorless clear paint is used for polishing the surface, the thickness of the first top coat 4 of the color clear paint does not change and the color difference on the surface can be prevented.

のである。[Effect of the invention] As described above, the present invention applies a base coat of a paint having a concealing property onto a substrate, forms a pattern coat having a pattern on the base coat, and covers the pattern coat over substantially the entire surface of the base coat. Since the top coat of clear paint is formed, it is not uniform that can not be expressed by the print printing method (moderate variations due to pattern coat coating occur, and all slightly different patterns can be obtained) natural stone, especially granite pattern is expressed Not only can the obtained building board be obtained, but the surface of the topcoat of clear paint is polished to make it a mirror surface, which improves the smoothness of the surface and makes it closer to the polished appearance of natural stone. The first top coat of the color clear paint is formed, so the color clear paint further enhances the sense of depth due to color changes. In addition to forming the first top coat of the color clear paint, the second top coat of the colorless clear paint is formed on the first top coat, and the second top coat of the color clear paint is formed.
Since the surface of the top coat is polished and mirror-finished,
Even if the polishing amount varies when polishing the surface of the top coat, only the thickness of the second clear top coat of the colorless clear paint changes, without polishing the first top coat of the color clear paint. The thickness of the first top coat of the color clear paint can be made uniform, color difference can be prevented, and the appearance of natural stone or artificial stone can be further approximated.
