[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to a decorative board with a three-dimensional pattern, and its purpose is to prevent the decorative board surface from being affected as much as possible by the channel grooves that exist on the surface of the plywood that serves as the substrate, and to create a three-dimensional effect. The purpose is to provide a veneer composition with a rich appearance.

Conventionally, when a plywood board made from a hardwood veneer such as lauan wood is used as a substrate, and the surface is decorated by applying paint or pasting a decorative sheet such as decorative paper or decorative film, the surface of the substrate is The influence of the pipe grooves often appears as a discoloration phenomenon on the surface of the decorative laminate, and is also a cause of degrading the appearance of the surface of the decorative laminate. Therefore, in the past, attempts were made to prevent the fading of the eyes by painting the pipe grooves with sealing paint, applying impregnated paper, or applying a decorative sheet such as thick decorative paper or film. It was. However, the methods of treating the base and making the decorative sheet thicker naturally lead to an increase in manufacturing processes and raw material costs, which not only resulted in an increase in product value, but also did not provide sufficient results.
This idea solves the above problems. In other words, this invention creates small concavities in the form of grains, grains, or stuccos on the upper surface of the printed paper 2 when or after pasting the thin printing paper 2 on the plywood surface having the channel grooves 1 via the adhesive 4. 3 is formed, and then a transparent raised pattern 5 is formed on the surface using transparent resin ink that matches a part of the pattern 7 of the printing paper,
Furthermore, the three-dimensional patterned decorative board is coated with transparent paint over the entire surface, and its most distinctive feature is that it is uniformly printed on the printed paper surface so as to reduce the influence of the channel grooves on the plywood substrate surface and make them less noticeable. The purpose of this process is to form small concavities with a rough texture, grain, or stucco shape.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a plywood board to which a thin print, which is part of the embodiment, is pasted and small, textured recesses are formed on the upper surface of the plywood board, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view of the decorative board. Reference numeral 1 indicates the channel grooves on the surface of the plywood, 2 indicates the thin printing paper, and 3 indicates the small concavities in the shape of a texture uniformly formed on the upper surface thereof. It is preferable that the plywood is made of a veneer of a diffused porous material such as lauan wood, in which the channel grooves are almost uniformly distributed. The small recesses 3 may have any shape as long as they form uniform small recesses 3 over the entire surface of the decorative board, such as a cross-grained shape or a stucco-like shape. A method for forming the small depressions 3 is to use an embossed template with a convex texture or grain pattern, a roll, or a wire mesh to press the thin printed paper to the plywood surface when or after pasting. Implemented by. As the adhesive 4, commonly used adhesives such as vinyl acetate resin emulsion type, urea resin, urethane resin, phenol resin, melamine resin, etc. are used alone or in combination.

The thin-fed printing paper 2 has a desired pattern printed on thin paper having a weight of about 15 to 60 g/m 2 by a commonly used printing method such as gravure printing, offset printing, flexo printing, or letterpress printing. The printed pattern is preferably a pattern other than a wood grain pattern. Reference numeral 5 indicates a transparent raised pattern that is printed in a raised manner so as to match a part of the pattern 7 printed on the thin-fed printing paper 2. The transparent raised pattern 5 is formed by printing a high solid content ink such as transparent acrylic resin, epoxy resin, or urethane resin so as to be thickly raised using a method such as screen printing.

The height of the bulge is preferably about 100 to 300μ. Note that the transparent ink may be colored with a dye or the like, and may be colored and transparent. 6 is a top-coated transparent paint that is applied to protect the decorative board surface and improve its aesthetic appearance. Commonly used amino alkyd resins, urethane resins, acrylic resins, etc. are used as paints, and the coating amount is about 80 to 100 g/m 2 .

As mentioned above, the decorative board of this invention has small concavities such as uniform grains and grains formed on the entire surface of the thin printed paper attached to the surface of the substrate, which is affected by the channel grooves on the surface of the substrate. The printed pattern appears as if it were formed on a smooth substrate, and the defects caused by the grain fading of the plywood substrate are eliminated. Furthermore, after forming a transparent raised pattern in synchronization with a part of the printed pattern, a transparent top coat is applied to the entire surface, so in the area where the transparent raised pattern is not formed, the small recess becomes a direct decorative surface and is applied to the transparent raised pattern area. Compared to this, the luster is lower and the contrast with the transparent raised pattern is even more emphasized. In addition, the printed pattern part appears to stand out due to the lens effect of the transparent raised pattern part, and the synergistic effect of the above effects both in appearance and in practice provides a luxurious looking decorative board with a very three-dimensional effect. I can do it.

EXAMPLE A thin printed paper weighing 30 g/m 2 with a printed floral pattern was pasted on the surface of a 12 mm thick lauan plywood board using a urea resin-containing vinyl acetate resin emulsion type adhesive. At the time of pasting, a wire mesh with 200 mesh squares was simultaneously layered on the surface of the printed paper and pressed together with a hot press to form small recesses in the form of a fine texture on the entire surface of the printed paper. Next, a screen printing plate with a pattern matching the floral pattern of the printing paper was layered and printed to a thickness of 150 μm using acrylic resin emulsion type transparent ink. Then, after drying the transparent ink, coat them with transparent urethane resin paint.
It was coated at 80 g/m 2 and dried to obtain the desired three-dimensional patterned decorative board.
