Conventionally, when a plywood board made from a hardwood veneer such as lauan wood is used as a substrate, and the surface is decorated by applying paint or pasting a decorative sheet such as decorative paper or decorative film, the surface of the substrate is The influence of the pipe grooves often appears as a discoloration phenomenon on the surface of the decorative laminate, and is also a cause of degrading the appearance of the surface of the decorative laminate. Therefore, in the past, attempts were made to prevent the fading phenomenon as much as possible by applying surface treatment such as sealing the pipe grooves, pasting impregnated paper, or pasting decorative sheets such as thick decorative paper or film. It was. However, the methods of treating the base and making the decorative sheet thicker naturally lead to an increase in manufacturing processes and raw material costs, which not only resulted in an increase in product value but also was not a method that could be expected to have sufficient effects. This idea solves the above problems. That is, in this invention, after forming a large number of small recesses 2 such as pseudo canals or lines in a direction almost perpendicular to the canal grooves 1 on the surface of the plywood having the canal grooves 1, a thin plate is attached to the upper surface of the plywood using an adhesive 3. A printing paper 4 is pasted, and then a transparent raised pattern 5 is formed on the surface using transparent resin ink, which matches a part of the pattern 7 on the printing paper 4, and then a transparent paint is applied 6 to the entire surface. The most distinctive feature of the three-dimensional patterned decorative board is that pseudo channel grooves and linear small recesses are newly formed on the surface of the decorative board to eliminate the directionality of the channel grooves on the board surface. The key is to proactively take advantage of the advantages of being ahead of the curve. This invention will be explained in detail below along with the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a substrate that is part of the embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view of a decorative board. 1 indicates a vessel groove on the plywood surface, and 2 indicates a pseudo vessel groove formed in a direction substantially perpendicular to the vessel groove. It is preferable that the plywood is made of a veneer of a diffused-porous material such as lauan material in which pipe grooves are distributed almost uniformly, and the small recesses 2 may be linear or mesh-shaped. The depth and width of small recess 2 is approximately 0.1
It is sufficient if it is about 1 mm. The method of forming the small recess 2 is to press it with an embossing template or roll,
This can be done by methods such as grinding with coarse sandpaper. 3 indicates an adhesive layer, and 4 indicates a thin printing paper. Adhesive 3 is a commonly used vinyl acetate resin emulsion type, urea resin, urethane resin, phenolic resin, melamine resin, etc.
In particular, emulsion type adhesives are preferred. The thin-fed printing paper 4 has a desired pattern printed on thin paper having a weight of about 15 to 60 g/m 2 by a conventional printing method such as gravure printing, offset printing, or flexographic printing. Note that the thin printed paper 4 is preferably attached so as to follow the vessel groove 1 and pseudo vessel small recess 2 of the substrate as much as possible. Reference numeral 5 indicates a transparent raised pattern that is printed in a raised manner so as to match a part of the pattern 7 printed on the thin printing paper 4. The transparent raised pattern 5 is formed by printing a high solid content ink such as transparent acrylic resin, epoxy resin, or urethane resin so as to be thickly raised using a method such as screen printing. The height of the bulge is preferably about 100 to 300μ. Note that the transparent ink may be colored with a dye or the like, and may be colored and transparent. 6 is a top-coated transparent paint that is applied to protect the decorative board surface and improve its aesthetic appearance. Commonly used amino alkyd resins, urethane resins, acrylic resins, etc. are used as paints, and the coating amount is about 80 to 100 g/m 2 .

As mentioned above, the decorative board of this invention actively utilizes the grain fading phenomenon that occurs on the decorative surface by newly forming small pseudo-vessel concavities so as to eliminate the directionality of the vessel grooves on the substrate surface. , it gives an appearance of a soft grain-like feel, and the lens effect of the transparent raised pattern that is synchronized with a part of the printed pattern makes the printed pattern appear raised, and the transparent raised pattern actually forms an uneven pattern. , it is possible to provide a decorative board with a three-dimensional pattern that is extremely three-dimensional and luxurious in appearance.

Next, 80 to 90 g/m 2 of a vinyl acetate resin emulsion type adhesive was applied to the surface of the substrate, and printing paper weighing 35 g/m 2 was overlaid and hot-press bonded before the adhesive dried. At this time, the printing paper was adhered in a concave manner along the small depressions on the surface of the substrate, and there was a grain-like fading as a whole. Next, screen printing plates were overlapped so as to match part of the pattern on the printed paper, and printed to a thickness of 200 μm using acrylic resin emulsion type transparent ink. Then increase it to 60-70
After drying at ℃ for 30 minutes, 70 g/m 2 of transparent urethane resin paint was applied to the entire surface and dried to obtain the desired three-dimensional volume-shaped decorative board.
