Conventional pre-coated paper is a 20 to 40 g printing base paper (thin paper) with a pattern layer or colored layer formed using cellulose, acrylic, or vinyl ink, and then coated with amino alkyd resin, acrylic urethane resin, etc. to protect the surface. 5-15g/thermosetting resin
It was coated with a solid content of m2 . These precoated papers are usually laminated onto plywood particle board, medium density fiberboard, etc. using a laminator using vinyl acetate emulsion, acrylic emulsion, or an adhesive mixed with these emulsions and urea resin. In some cases, it is made as a decorative board. (hereinafter referred to as the wet lamination method) In recent years, this lamination process has been changed to a method in which the back side of precoated paper is coated with a heat-sensitive adhesive resin in advance, and this is replaced with a laminator and the base material is simply passed through a hot roll or hot press machine. So-called pre-glued pre-coated paper to which pre-coated paper a can be pasted has gradually become popular. The features of this pre-coated paper with back glue are that the lamination process is completely dry, making process control easy, low pollution, and mechanically, there is no need to use expensive laminating equipment, making it more efficient than the conventional wet lamination method. Not only does it have many advantages during production, but when it is made into a decorative board, there is no moisture involved during lamination, so there is less expansion and contraction of the paper, so the surface finish is extremely good compared to the wet lamination method. It is.

These products are extremely easy to use because they use thermoplastic resin, so you can set the time between lamination after lamination as desired, but since they use thermoplastic resin, the surface has sufficient scratch resistance (scratch strength). There is a drawback that it does not show up. This lack of scratchability is a fatal drawback when laminate base materials are used as furniture or interior decoration materials.

In addition, when using a thermosetting resin, sufficient scratch resistance can be obtained, which is a drawback when using a thermoplastic resin.
If the time from Uranori resin coating to lamination is not limited to a certain period, the adhesive will harden and become unusable. Generally speaking, it is said that diallyl phthalate resin must be used within 6 months, and melamine resin must be used within 3 months before it becomes unusable. In the case of pre-coated paper using these thermosetting resins as the backing, the curing conditions when laminating the base material require considerable heat pressure and time, resulting in extremely poor productivity. be. Naturally, it is possible to adjust the conditions such as heat pressure and time during lamination by increasing the amount of curing agent added to the resin or adding additives. Not only is there a limit, but the time required from applying the adhesive to laminating the substrate is further limited, which narrows the range of usage conditions.

The present invention improves the problems of the conventional Uranori pre-coated paper described above, and provides a paper that has good scratch resistance, can be easily laminated to a substrate, and does not require a limited time from application of adhesive to lamination to the substrate. The present invention aims to provide precoated paper with adhesive.

The glued precoated paper of the present invention will be explained in detail below using an example shown in the drawings. That is, a printing layer 2 is formed on the surface of a printing base paper 1 of 20 to 40 g/m2.
This pre-coated paper is characterized in that a thermoplastic adhesive layer 5 is formed on the back side of a pre-coated paper a on which a top coat layer 3 is formed, with a thermosetting sealer layer 4 interposed therebetween. The pre-coated paper used in this invention may be ordinary pre-coated paper whose surface is coated with amino alkyd resin, acrylic urethane resin, etc., and the thermosetting resin used as the sealer layer is urea resin, melamine resin, diallyl phthalate resin. , urethane resin, etc. can be used as long as it provides strength after curing, and as the thermoplastic resin used for the adhesive, any thermoplastic resin can be used as long as it has heat-sensitive adhesive properties such as polyamide resin, vinyl acetate resin, ethylene resin, etc. It's good.
