For example, as described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 48-7341, a decorative paper made of cotton pulp that becomes highly transparent when penetrated with resin and has a wood grain print is pasted on a base plate, and then a polyester Decorative plywood in which a resin is applied and permeated into the decorative paper to make the decorative paper transparent, thereby expressing the printed wood grain and the base wood grain together, is known. However, this type of decorative plywood does not exhibit the unique gloss (gloss) that is found in the hard parts of natural wood, especially in the autumn grain, and does not express the hardness of high-quality natural wood veneers. It could not be used as a substitute for a board.

The present invention is an attempt to solve the problem of replacing the conventional decorative plywood with natural wood veneer as described above15.
The gist is that a thin paper 3 that becomes transparent by impregnating a resin with natural wood grain is glued with a transparent resin adhesive 2, and the thin paper 3 has a wood grain printed pattern 5 and a hard It has a colored transparent resin 4-impregnated portion that expresses the texture of the wood part, and an upper transparent coating film 6 is formed on the colored transparent resin-impregnated portion in a convex shape. Decorative plywood characterized by:

2 A wood grain print pattern 5 is printed on the surface of the plywood 1 having natural wood grains, and a thin paper 3 that becomes transparent due to penetration of resin is adhered with a transparent resin adhesive 2. After applying colored transparent resin paint 4 in a striped pattern to express the feel of the material 30, and allowing it to penetrate into the thin paper 3.

A method for producing decorative plywood, which comprises applying a top coat of transparent resin paint 6 onto thin paper 3. By adopting such a configuration, the present invention utilizes the fabric of the plywood 35 to inexpensively produce large quantities of decorative plywood having a hardwood decorative surface that expresses the hardness of high-grade wood in addition to the wood feel of hardwood. The purpose is to produce a small amount of water that can be produced.

以下本発明の詳細について説明する。The details of the present invention will be explained below.

1 Plywood 1 is inexpensive and available in large quantities, and the surface conduit grooves f and natural wood grain pattern S are very similar to those of hardwood. It can express the texture of the material.

Therefore, the thin paper 3 is coated with the transparent resin adhesive 2 and the top coat 6.
It becomes transparent as it penetrates. Furthermore, a wood grain printing pattern 5 is printed on the thin paper 3. Colored transparent resin 4 is plywood 1
This is because the material is colored darker than the fabric, forming the pattern of the hard wood found in hardwoods.

2. As described above, the thin paper 3 adhered to the surface of the plywood 1 homogenizes the surface of the low-quality plywood 1, and forms a thick transparent layer with the thin paper 3 using less paint. This is intended to improve the surface quality of low-grade plywood 1 by adding depth to the surface pattern.

On the other hand, by applying the colored transparent paint 4 so that it is darker and more transparent than the transparent part of the thin paper 3, the part coated with the colored transparent paint 4 can express a dense hardness.

Further, by applying a transparent top coat 6 on top of the coating, a surface film is formed and at the same time, depth and texture are given to the conduit and wood texture of the wood grain pattern on the surface of the plywood 1 through the transparent layer.

And top coat transparent paint 6 is colored transparent paint 4 wood grain printing pattern 5
Since the colored transparent paint 4 does not penetrate into the thin paper 3 in some areas, a convex exposed pattern is formed in the colored transparent paint 4 woodgrain print pattern 5 area, and the hardness is also expressed by the difference in thickness.

In this way, in the present invention, the conduit g pattern and the natural wood grain pattern S of the plywood 1 are placed at the bottom, and on top of that, the wood grain printed pattern 5 of the thin paper 3 and the colored transparent resin-impregnated part 4 that expresses the texture of the hard wood part of a hardwood. When viewed from above, a decorative board with a decorative surface that closely resembles high-grade hardwood is obtained, either in sync with each other or without syncing with each other.

The adhesive 2 may be any transparent adhesive, but it is preferably a permeable adhesive or an organic solvent type adhesive. This is because such an adhesive is dissolved in a solvent and has a low molecular weight, so that it easily wets and spreads between the fibers between the transparent decorative papers. In general, urethane resin nail alkyd resin adhesives, vinyl acetate resin adhesives, etc. are preferred. The adhesive may be applied by a conventional method such as a reverse roller coater or a roller coater.

In this case, an adhesive is press-fitted into the conduit groove recesses on the surface of the plywood, and an adhesive layer is further formed on the surface. A reverse roller coater is more preferable because the finished surface after papering becomes smooth. The thin paper 3 is preferably one with a porous fiber structure that is easily impregnated with resin, and may be any thin paper, parchment paper, rayon paper, Japanese paper, or synthetic paper.

At this time, by pressing from above the transparent paper, the adhesive applied to the plywood surface permeates into the lower layer of the transparent paper. The wood grain printing pattern 5 is printed on the thin paper 3 to clearly express the wood grain pattern, and may be printed on the thin paper 3 in advance,
After pasting the thin paper 3 onto the plywood 1, the wood grain print pattern 5 may be printed. Note that if a printing ink with a large absolute amount of pigment or dye is used, the printing layer will have a partially porous state, and when the top coat transparent resin paint is applied over the printing paper, it will partially penetrate and become matte. It can also be expressed as The printing method generally uses a gravure offset printing machine. The colored transparent resin paint 4 is made of urethane, alkyd, polyester resin, or the like.

Coloring can be done by mixing dyes with resin to create a paint that gives the desired hard hardwood color without losing transparency. As for the coating method, it is preferable to use a convex plate or a gravure offset printing machine to form a striped pattern. When the top coat transparent resin coating 6 is applied, a transparent layer can be formed on the thin paper and the colored resin. The function of the transparent layer is as described above. As a coating method, a general method such as a flow coater or a roller coater may be used, but when using a roller coater, the colored transparent resin paint 4 should be dried to the touch before applying the top coat. is easy to paint. As a drying method for these coating films, a hot air dryer, an infrared dryer, or the like is used. Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, its effects can be summarized as follows.
