脂含浸オーバーレイ紙を得た。 化粧板基体の製造 前記の化粧板基体と、熱硬化型樹脂含浸化粧紙と、オ
ーバーレイ含浸紙とを順次積み重ねた後、これをステン
レススチール板とステンレススチールエンボス版との間
に介在させ、更にその上,下のそれぞれにクッション材
を当接し、これを上,下のプレス熱板間にて熱圧成形す
ることにより、表面にエンボス凹部を有する厚さ1mmの
硬化型樹脂化粧板からなる化粧板基体を得た。 なお、前記オーバーレイ含浸紙に当接させたステンレ
ススチールエンボス版は、オーク木目模様のうちの導管
部分が隆起する形状からなるものであり、ステンレスス
チール板をエッチング加工することによって得たもので
ある。 そして、硬化型樹脂化粧板からなる化粧板基体の表面
のエンボス凹部は、化粧紙表面のオーク木目模様のうち
の導管部と合致する部分に形成した。このエンボス凹部
は、該凹部の最も深いところで、深さ約80μmである。 着色塗装した硬化型樹脂化粧板の製造 上記の硬化型樹脂化粧板からなる化粧板基体のエンボ
ス凹部側の表面を#400番手のサンドペーパーでのサン
ディング加工に付した後、エアーギャップ0.8mmに調節
してある塗工ロールを使用するロール塗工法にて、下記
の組成からなる着色透明樹脂塗料を塗工、乾燥すること
により、図面にて符号1で示される着色塗装した硬化型
樹脂化粧板、つまり化粧板基体2と、該化粧板基体2の
表面のエンボス凹部3上に形成されている厚さ5〜10μ
mの硬化型着色透明樹脂塗料層5、及び非エンボス部4
上に形成されている厚さ1μmの硬化型着色透明樹脂塗
料層5からなり、エンボス凹部上の硬化型着色透明樹脂
塗料層のレベルが、非エンボス部上の硬化型着色透明樹
脂塗料層のレベルから陥没している着色塗装した硬化型

て凹部に対するワイピンブ効果が現出されており、又、
導管部以外の部分にも薄い着色透明樹脂塗料層からなる
塗膜が形成されており、全体として天然木に着色塗装仕
上げを行なった化粧板に酷似する意匠性の極めて高いも
のであった。

を、非エンボス部上の硬化型着色透明樹脂塗料層の厚さ
の5〜20倍にしてあり、しかも化粧板基体のエンボス凹
部上の硬化型着色透明樹脂塗料層のレベルを、非エンボ
ス部上の硬化型着色透明樹脂塗料層のレベルから陥没さ
せてある硬化型着色透明樹脂塗料層を形成するものであ
る。 従って、本発明の着色塗装した硬化型樹脂化粧板の製
造方法によれば、エンボス凹部に濃色のワイピング化粧
が施してあり、しかも全体を着色塗装したものと同様な
立体効果をを有する硬化型樹脂化粧板が得られることか
ら、際立った彩色効果を呈する意匠性の高い着色塗装し
た硬化型樹脂化粧板が、極く簡単な工程によって的確に
得られる。
