値はいま一歩の感がある。 Therefore, artificial wood grain veneers, which are made of inexpensive natural wood veneers and have artificial wood grain patterns, are being used as decorative materials because they can be made in a variety of patterns.
Such artificial wood grain veneers have been published in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 49-48807 and 49-62612 by the same applicant as the present invention.
No., JP-A-49-69804, etc., and JP-A-49-
92209, etc., veneers obtained from wood that is available in large quantities and have low commercial value as precious wood are laminated and bonded between uneven boards or between flat boards using an adhesive, and then the adhesive layer is bonded. Since it is manufactured by cutting thin pieces to create a wood grain pattern, the same wood grain pattern can be easily obtained in large quantities. Because the wood grain pattern is created artificially, it is difficult to reproduce the subtle changes in the wood grain pattern, knots, pipe grooves, mottling, heather, insect holes, and the shine of the wood that natural precious wood has. In comparison, the product value seems to be one step ahead.

である。 Therefore, as a result of considering these problems, this invention prints various wood grain patterns on the surface of commonly used artificial wood grain veneers, giving the artificial wood grain veneers the complexity of the wood grain patterns of precious natural wood. A decorative material that closely resembles precious wood has been made available in large quantities and continuously.

有する単板である。 The artificial wood grain veneer 1 is produced by dyeing or not dyeing the veneer as described above, and then laminating and bonding the veneer between uneven boards or flat boards of a desired shape using a colored or colorless adhesive.
This is a veneer with a grain pattern, straight grain pattern, heathered pattern, etc., which is manufactured by cutting the adhesive layer into a thin layer so that it has a wood grain pattern.

Printing methods include commonly used gravure offset printing, rubber letterpress printing,
Methods such as screen printing or transfer printing are used. Note that printing may be performed on the artificial wood grain veneer 1 alone, or may be printed after the veneer 1 is attached to a commonly used substrate such as plywood.

い。 For example, if the artificial wood grain veneer 1 has a teak color and a straight grain pattern, the complex wood grain pattern of the teak and the vessel grooves are printed using eraser ink as the wood grain pattern 2 using the gravure offset printing method. Print. After printing, it is preferable to apply a commonly used transparent top coat 3 for the purpose of protecting the decorative surface and improving aesthetic appearance.
